We know how overwhelming it can be finding the cloth diaper solution that best fits your family.  So we have a system for you to try cloth that doesn’t leave you with a stash of cloth that you don’t use.

 

Exchange for used items only applies to reusable diapers. Accessories and inserts purchased individually that have been used, may not be exchanged. Please email us first at orders@everythingbirth.com if you are unsure about your return.

 

Try & Exchange

Maybe you are moving into potty training, perhaps you already know you want pockets, but just not sure which one, or you can’t choose between 3 covers online……. You can try ANY of our cloth diapers (not applicable to accessories, disposables, or non-diaper products) for 10 days (that’s 10 full days once they are in your hands).  Then, return for an exchange, in the amount of your original purchase.

 

Terms and Conditions for Try & Exchange:

• Diapers must be returned with Returns Form and within specified time frame, otherwise we will not accept used diapers for exchange.

• Diapers must be clean and free of pet hair, smoke, tears, other damage and major stains.
• Diapers that are damaged are not returnable- warranty defects must be handled through the manufacturer.
• USED Diapers returned can ONLY be exchanged for store credit.
• Diapers not returned in time allotted will not be credited.
• When utilizing the try and exchange program, the return for used products is a maximum of 2 per type of diaper.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return if not in the condition required or to reduce exchange value.
• If exchanging - customer pays to ship item back to Everything Birth, Inc, and is responsible for insuring them. Everything Birth Is NOT responsible for lost packages.
• Items purchased on sale, as part of a clearance, or from our gently used section do not qualify for this program, and will not be credited.
