These are our specially manufactured Micro-Fiber Terry inserts. They have been manufactured for Happy Heinys and are chemical free. They are made of 3 layers of soft and very absorbant micro-fiber. Available in 10 packs or buy them as singles. Small is 12 inches long and Med-Large is 16 inches long and have been made to fit perfectly in Happy Heinys Pocket Diapers. They are a contoured shape for the very best fit.
