Ingredients: Raspberry leaf, Blessed Thistle leaf, Fennel seeds, Borage leaf, Alfalfa leaf and Peppermint leaf.
Directions: Place a handful (1 oz) of herb mixture in the bottom of a quart container. A French Press coffee maker is recommended. Fill with boiling water and cover. Let sit at room temperature for several hours or overnight. Strain and drink 1- 2 cups a day as a nutritionally supportive tea. Refrigerate remainder until use.
