Sitz Bath Instructions:
Bring one gallon of water(enough for 2 soaks) to a boil and pour over the herbs. Let sit until cooled. Squeeze the bag of herbs and pour ½ of the liquid(refrigerate the rest) into a clean bathtub and fill the tub with 8 inches of warm water. Soak in the tub for 20-30 minutes. For noticeable relief, soak 2x a day. For variation add a handful of sea salt, 2-3 crushed garlic cloves, or one cup of apple cider vinegar. Or use the bag for a direct compress to the perineum.
