    I received one of these after giving birth to my daughter, and it was a tremendous help for cleaning without wiping. I had an episiotomy, and wasn't allowed to wipe much for awhile, and the peri-bottle helped with that. The more you squeeze, the harder the water comes out, so you can control the flow quite a bit. I kept mine and now I keep it filled with water to wet my daughters cloth wipes with!
