Policies

Orders:
We accept orders by phone, fax, and online. Our web site is secure for credit card ordering. Everything Birth will NEVER sell or share customer addresses or contact information.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We will make every attempt to notify you if pricing or availability will affect your order.

All orders must be prepaid before being fulfilled.

Special Orders:
If there is a product you don't see on our site, we would be happy to attempt to special order it for you. Special orders must be prepaid.

Catalog Orders:
Please submit your name and mailing address to us by Email if you would like to receive the new catalog or click on the "Catalog" link to download a current copy. Prices on website may vary from the catalog.

Shipping:
We make every attempt to use recyclable shipping and packing materials. If materials are not recyclable, we have reused them and ask that you do, too.

Minimum order of $20.00.

Packages are NOT insured unless you choose the $4.00 insurance option. This includes the free shipping option. You must select the insurance box in order to have your package insured no matter what if any shipping applies. Lost or damaged items that were NOT insured are the responsibility of the customer.

We use both USPS and UPS for shipping. Please be sure to provide both addresses if it applies. Any fees for items returned for wrong addresses (a USPS package mailed to a UPS only address), or incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.

Orders requiring faster or alternate delivery must be made BY PHONE with an Everything Birth staff member. For Email, fax, or phone message orders, regular delivery schedules will apply. Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders will receive a shipping price separately once the order is placed and it will be added to order.
If you would like a quote prior to purchase, then please email info@everythingbirth.com- this is the only way to avoid charges if you are unsure on shipping.

*Free Shipping* promotions apply to standard shipping in the continental USA only. For faster shipping, Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the US, we will email your shipping quote.

Free shipping does NOT apply to Birth Tub Rentals.

Backordered items that are part of a FREE shipping promotion will not be charged if entire order is shipped together. Otherwise, backordered items will be charged actual shipping when available. We will notify you if this situation occurs.

Shipping generally occurs within 1-3 business days of your order. If there is a delay beyond 5 business days, we will notify you.

Shipping fees are as follows:

$20-$30: $7.50
$30.01-$60: $8.50
$60.01-$99.99: $10.50
$100 plus: FREE within continental US, actual shipping cost plus $3.00 handling outside of US/Hawaii and Alaska- not applicable to birth tubs.

Returns:
Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus shipping (even those where shipping was free for customer) and a 10% restocking fee. All items must be unused and in original packaging. You must obtain a return confirmation number from a customer representative BEFORE RETURNING GOODS. Items returned after 30 days or without prior approval WILL NOT be refunded. Returns requiring refunds are processed on the 15th of the month- returns occuring after the 15th will be credited the following month. Sorry, but items ordered as part of a Custom Birth Kit and other disposable birth related supplies including birth pool kits are NOT returnable.

Items purchased on sale or clearance are NOT returnable.

Orders that are "cancelled" but haven't shipped will be refunded minus 5%. Orders cancelled after they have shipped will incur the fees listed under returns.
