New moms are facing so many obstacles that can get
in the way of a successful nursing relationship. Lactation Cacao is a delicious
blend of herbs traditionally used to aide in the body’s natural production of
breast milk so that the new mom can focus on the baby and her own postpartum
recovery.
This blend contains fresh, raw, unprocessed Cacao
that was grown on a small farm in Guatemala using organic growing practices and
shipped directly to Michigan. This is the best Cacao that we have ever found!
What a better way to enjoy your Postpartum period with your new baby than to
put your feet up and enjoy a delicious cup of cocoa that is full of milk
stimulating herbs?
To prepare: Bring 4 ounces of water and 4 ounces of
milk of choice (we love full fat coconut milk for this) to a boil. Pour over 1
Tbsp Lactation Cacao blend. Stir frequently as contents may settle. Optional:
Froth with milk frother or immersion blender. Add 1 tsp honey or maple syrup,
or to sweetness preference. Drink frequently to assist in bodies natural
production of breast milk.
