Some orders may require additional charges due to size or weight.  We will always notify prior to charging any additional amount.  This generally occurs on items mailed outside the 48 contiguous states, international, birth pools, and some equipment.

We accept orders through our secure store online. Our web site is secure for placing orders online with credit card and paypal payment methods. Everything Birth will NEVER sell or share customer addresses or contact information.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We will make every attempt to notify you if pricing or availability will affect your order.
All orders must be prepaid before being fulfilled.

If you want a birth kit adjusted, such as ordering your midwife's kit, but need to remove certain items from it, then you MUST order with paypal and write your adjustments in the NOTES box at checkout, or order via phone.

Special Orders

If there is a product you don't see on our site, we would be happy to attempt to special order it for you. Special orders must be prepaid and are not returnable.



We make every attempt to use recyclable shipping and packing materials. If materials are not recyclable, we have reused them and ask that you do, too.

There is a minimum of $7.00 on all orders.

Packages are NOT insured unless you choose the insurance shipping upgrade option upon checkout. You must select the insurance box in order to have your package insured no matter what if any shipping applies. Lost or damaged items that were NOT insured are the responsibility of the customer.

We use both USPS (Parcel) and UPS for shipping. Please be sure to provide both addresses if it applies. Any fees for items returned for wrong addresses (a USPS package mailed to a UPS only address), or incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.

Orders requiring faster or alternate delivery must be made BY PHONE with an Everything Birth staff member. Please leave a message. We generally return calls within 24 hours, Monday-Thursday. And sometimes sooner when we can.

For email or phone orders, regular delivery schedules will apply unless you have approved faster shipping.

Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories will receive shipping at a rate stated below. This offer is subject to change at any time. Backordered items that are part of a FREE shipping promotion will not be charged if entire order is shipped together. Otherwise, backordered items will be charged actual shipping when available.

Orders generally ship within 1 business day and arrive within 7 business days. Please note that standard FREE shipping can take up to 15 business days to arrive. If you require it faster, we recommend upgrading.

International Orders


will receive a shipping price separately once the order is placed and it will be added to the order, or if you want an estimate BEFORE your card is charged, then you MUST email us with your country and what your items are for us to quote you first.

If you would like a quote prior to purchase, then please email [email protected]. This is the only way to avoid charges if you are unsure on shipping.

If an international order is placed online before receiving a shipping quote, and you decide to cancel the order, then we will refund minus 10%.

Be sure to check your SPAM folder for a quote from us, as we often find our emails end up there when we do email a quote.

International orders are subject to a $5.00 handling fee, plus insurance and shipping. International orders must have matching billing and shipping addresses. Otherwise we will cancel orders. Most cloth diaper brands including bumgenius, econobum, flip, GroVia, Rumparooz,  and Fuzzibunz cannot be shipped outside the US due to distributor agreements. If you order these brands from another country, we will cancel the order, and refund minus a 10% fee.

Coupon codes cannot be used on international shipments.

We are not responsible for lost packages on international orders. We will file a claim if necessary, but if USPS says it was delivered we will NOT issue a reship or credit.

Coupons, gift certificates, and other sale items

  • All sales on clearance items are final and not returnable, this includes any short term promotions found in our returns section.
  • All sales on gently used items or seconds are final and can NOT be returned.
  • Online coupons can not be combined with other coupons. Limit one coupon code per purchase.
  • Items purchased with gift certificates can only be returned for store credit, not a refund.

Some items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus shipping (even those where shipping was free for customer) and a 15% restocking fee. All items must be unused and in original packaging with tags still attached. 
Diapers must be clean and free of pet hair, smoke, tears, other damage and major stains. We reserve the right to refuse or decrease the value of a return if these guidelines are not met. 

You must Fill out our Returns Form BEFORE RETURNING GOODS. Items returned after 30 days or without returns form and invoice WILL NOT be refunded. Returns requiring refunds are processed on the 15th of the month. Returns occurring after the 15th will be credited the following month.

Sorry, but items ordered as part of a Custom Birth Kit and other disposable birth related supplies including birth pool kits are NOT returnable. Cloth diaper accessories that have been used, or disposable cloth diaper items are not returnable. Herbals and Homeopathic remedies cannot be returned.  Due to the nature of these midwifery and birth products we can not take them back.

****Items purchased on sale or clearance or gently used are FINAL and  NOT returnable.

Cancelled Orders

Orders that are "cancelled" but haven't shipped will be refunded minus 5%. Orders cancelled after they have shipped will incur the fees listed under returns.

Herbal and Homeopathic Products are not returnable.


We do not provide direct exchanges. If you wish to change your purchase, you need to follow the returns guidelines and we will issue a store credit for the full amount of product minus shipping which you can used online.

The returns form and original invoice MUST be included.

Diapers must be clean and free of pet hair, smoke, tears, other damage and major stains. We reserve the right to refuse or decrease the value of a return if these guidelines are not met.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs returning to Everything Birth, inc. Customer will be issued a store credit and emailed a code to use to purchase new products. We can not process these over the phone or by email. We will not issue a store credit until the return is received and inspected.

Defective Products:
Items that are damaged or defective are generally covered under the manufacturer’s warranties. If you are unable to find the manufacturers contact information, please email us at [email protected] to obtain that contact information.
